“For us being new into the whole process, and not knowing what to expect, Monica took the time to explain and was impressively patient. Communication via text/phone was also thorough and quick to reply even when dealing with buyer's agent who was less than attentive. The most stand out trait that I have to give feedback on is how we never felt left out even when Monica was her busiest. She never once made us feel like we weren't important and deserving of her attention. Being able to juggle all that she did and still get our home sold on the market and sold in less than a month was just great. Not that I am looking to move, sell, or go through this tedious process again anytime soon, but if I do I hope she is still around because she is the only person I want to do business with.
