A military veteran who still serves on active duty as a pilot in the Texas Air National Guard, Karl has turned his passion for real estate into a second career. Karl has been an active member of the Galveston County community for the last 6 years and is excited to turn his focus toward real estate. As the Air National Guard Junior Officer of the Year for the State of Texas in 2019, Karl has a proven passion for service, attention to detail, and problem solving which translates into personalized service providing his clients with the tools necessary to make educated decisions they can be confident in.


When Karl is not helping his clients achieve their real estate goals, he enjoys spending his free time fishing on his boat in Galveston Bay, cooking, and spending time with his wife and three dogs.

Andrea Cotie resides in Seabrook, Texas with her two children and husband. She was born and raised in the Houston area. She knows and loves the surrounding and the people in her community! After graduating with an Education Degree from Texas A&M in 1999, Andrea and her husband moved to the Clear Lake area to start a family. After many years of teaching in CCISD, while flipping, rentals, and other real estate investments, Andrea decided to pursue a real estate career full time. The success she has earned, while teaching, has given her the ability to bring enthusiasm, hard work and personalized attention to every client she meets. While Andrea is not serving clients, she is spending time with the people she loves. She loves the great outdoors, camping with friends and family, and traveling!
