The experience of selling limited inventory has given me the talent to truly customize a marketing plan for each listing.” And while she commonly serves motivated sellers, Holcomb also supports buyers as well as oversees investment, lease and commercial transactions. Briana has worked in various capacities of customer service industries for several years. She also helped her husband start up his industrial construction company, taking care of customer relations and office management tasks before taking time off to start their family. In 2010 I visited Houston, Tx for the first time and the sight of Downtown Houston took my breath away. There was something about this city that stayed with me for the following months while I was back in Puerto Rico. I knew this was the place we wanted to raise our family and by March 2011, we were planting our roots in League City. In 2013 I walked into Champions School of real estate and got my license. In my first few months, I was blessed to work with a great broker who took me under his wing and taught me the basics o real estate and foreclosures. I made the move to Keller Williams Realty in October 2013, where I've learned to build a great business centered around our community and founded on Integrity and Communication. Since 2016, my wife and I have teamed up and started building our team, One Sixteen Group, with a culture of growth, giving, and family. I love the World of Real Estate. I was an Escrow Officer and Marketing Director for title companies for 17 years before changing my direction a bit by becoming a Real Estate Agent/Realtor. I have really enjoyed these last 9 years being a Realtor because you meet the nicest people/families. It's the people I meet, that I would otherwise not have known, and the life stories they share with me that I love the most about my job. Every day brings a different combination of things. New people, new properties, new obstacles to get past no two days are ever the same. Moving is high on the list of stressful things to do, so when I'm able to ease stress and burden for my clients and to help them get where they want to go, it feels good. Real estate is truly a helping profession.. Real estate transactions are often complex. Guiding buyers and sellers on the sometimes thorny path to closing day requires several traits that are characteristic of other helping professions: Excellent communication skills, ability to inspire trust, power to remain calm during a crisis, ability to give and receive objective feedback, sensitivity and knowledge!! Real estate agents who possess these skills can build valuable relationships with clients and co-workers. And it's those relationships turn a real estate career into a truly rewarding one: both emotionally and monetarily. But with all that said, I do love houses.
