Mr. Flack has consulted and/or directed sales of over 1,000,000+ acres in Texas since 2000. His reputation, through his experience in the land industry, is widely acclaimed. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Agribusiness with over 40 post-graduate hours in real estate economics. He holds the prestigious title as an Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute. Mr. Flack has also held a license as a State of Texas General Certified Appraiser.

MICHELLE WHITECOTTON re-joined Markham Realty as a licensed REALTOR in October 2016. She worked for Markham Realty, as Office Manager, from 1992-1996 while attending Sam Houston State University. She and her husband Tim Whitecotton, Captain at the Walker County Sheriff's Department, have two grown children. Michelle has many years of experience working in Walker County including 15 years at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Michelle is the current President of The Tall Pines Association of REALTORS. Her designations include TRLP (Texas REALTORS Leadership Program), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and Social Media Pro. She also has been involved in the rodeo industry for over 30 years. She is deeply rooted in Walker and surrounding counties and her knowledge of the area gives her the ability to find the perfect place for her clients. Her personality and passion for the real estate industry shines brightest when she interacts with clients to help make their real estate dreams come true. ROBERTA PLANT has been a Markham Realty, Inc. Realtor ® since 1999. She is a past President of the Huntsville Board of Realtors and Director for Texas Association of Realtors. She is on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Wynne and was marketing chairman for The Wynne Home Arts Center committee implementation project. She also has been a member of the Walker County Appraisal Review Board, the City of Huntsville Zoning Board of Adjustments and the Huntsville Horizon Comprehensive Plan Committee. Her career in real estate was an opportunity to combine educational, personal and professional experience as an artist, home economist, public speaker, customer relation’s trainer, and manager for an electric utility.
