MICHELLE WHITECOTTON re-joined Markham Realty as a licensed REALTOR in October 2016. She worked for Markham Realty, as Office Manager, from 1992-1996 while attending Sam Houston State University. She and her husband Tim Whitecotton, Captain at the Walker County Sheriff's Department, have two grown children. Michelle has many years of experience working in Walker County including 15 years at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Michelle is the current President of The Tall Pines Association of REALTORS. Her designations include TRLP (Texas REALTORS Leadership Program), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and Social Media Pro. She also has been involved in the rodeo industry for over 30 years. After attending college David worked in the forestry industry and brings to the company his background in timberlands and efficient forest management. Mary Pendleton-Brown, REALTOR® combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. A graduate of New Mexico State University (AS) and Park University (MBA Business Management and Management Information System, MPA Non-Profit Management, MC Healthcare Leadership Payment Systems). Before getting back into the real estate business in 2019, Mary previously worked as the Finance Manager for the Non-Profit, Turning Points, in Bradenton, Florida and prior to that, as the Fiscal Services Manager for Manatee County Government's Community Services Department. Mary was born and raised in Cotulla, Texas; some of the best hunting grounds in South Texas. Prior to moving to Florida in 2001, (many moons ago), Mary worked for Re/max of Alamogordo LTD in Alamogordo, New Mexico. It is at that time she fell in love with Real Estate!
