I do not have the privilege of saying I was born or raised in Texas, my roots here do not run deep. But, my love for Texas does run deep, and living here has been a dream I've held dear to my heart ever since I was a little girl. It took me awhile, but I got here as soon as I could. I finally made my dream a reality and moved to Weatherford in 2016 with my two children and three horses. I quickly fell in love with our community and the people who live here. Weatherford is a special place that I am proud to call home. Prior to getting my real estate license, I spent 25+ years in the horse and ranch business, as a ranch owner, horse breeder, trainer, riding instructor, veterinarian technician and loper for cutting horse trainers. I lived and worked on horse ranches my entire life in Ohio and Kentucky, and was a professional barrel racer for many years. I understand what self discipline and hard work entails. You can count on me to go the extra mile – and put in the hard work many agents will not. Long hours do not phase me, and when something is not working, I will find a way to fix it. I am a firm believer that it takes money to make money, and that is why I only hire professional photographers to take pictures and video for advertisement. I have personally staged past clients homes, and coupled with my aggressive marketing plan, this has proven solid results in getting a home sold quickly and selling for the highest marketable price possible.. With a Business Management degree from the University of Texas-Austin and a Master's in Education from UTA as well as 18 years in the education realm, Bodie understands the importance of communication, hard work, and dedication to clients as well the value of being proactive in marketing; relentless in follow up and a master of negotiation.
