I am a member of Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). My area of focus is in Houston and surrounding areas. I make it a point to keep abreast of current market trends and maintain a wealth of knowledge for my clients benefit.

I am a full time Realtor and mother of one (for now)! I enjoy travel, the outdoors, paintball, dirt track racing, and working with animals. Before becoming a Realtor I worked in childcare, veterinary, home remodeling, and restaurant industries.

I was lucky growing up to be able to visit my family in Spain & Germany over the summer breaks. While I was there, my grandparents taught me Spanish and German, and I was able to apply it while being immersed in those cultures.

For the past 9 years I have been an active committee member in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. I also volunteer at my local church.

Originally from Portugal and raised in France, Patricia Mehl is a true global cosmopolitan. She lived in multiple countries throughout Europe and Brazil before moving to Houston's Spring Branch, and speaks fluently French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, and English. With an unconditional love for people and cultures, Patricia brings an extensive resume of success which she initiated as a registered nurse in France before becoming an international flight attendant for Air France and launching her own boutique events company in Brazil to connect brides with renowned artists in the wedding industry. Rachel grew up in Houston and continues to love living here. She is fascinated with the diversity and multi-cultural population that choose to move and live here. She has had the chance to move away from Houston (and Texas) throughout the years, but she loves Houston too much to do so.

She is a swim parent and chauffeur to her active teenage son. She and her mix-terrier also take part in an animal assisted therapy group and visit a local hospital monthly.

My passion is helping my clients reach their expected goals. My other passion is to work with my hands; I graduated from UB as a Mechanical Engineer. Before the Engineering bug bit me I was going to be an Architect because I love construction and creating beautiful spaces.






This love of working with my hands translated to home remodeling. When I moved to The Woodlands in the Summer of '87, the day after I bought my first home in Grogan's Mill, I ripped out the entire downstairs and proceeded to remodel it for the next year and a half and because I was on a tight budget, I did all the work myself and learned the hard way through sweat, blood, and tears. Anything you can think of that can be done inside or outside of a house I've pretty much done it!






Over the years my wife and I have owned fifteen properties so far to either live in or as an investment and all were remodeled lightly or extensively. I know that with this experience I can help my clients differentiate themselves from the rest when listing or buying a property with me.
