A longtime resident of the Houston area, Kim Cao has always been drawn to real estate. After starting out in the industry as an Assistant for a local Broker, she would attend college and earn her degree in Advertising with a minor in Global Business. Seeking an opportunity that complimented her entrepreneurial spirit while still giving her the flexibility to be there for her family, she decided to launch her career as a full time agent and the rest is history.

Originally from Boston, MA, Yennhi or Yen for short, moved to Houston in 2023 looking for new opportunities. It didn't take long before she considered Houston her new home. Yen discovered her love for real estate when she went through the buyer process herself.
