Since 1997, I have been Co-Owner of RE/MAX Metro, Houston's first inner-loop RE/MAX office located in the Upper Kirby District, serving the greater Houston area since 1991. While working hard at managing our company and organizing the details of our transactions, I decided to become a licensed realtor in 2003. Getting into the Real Estate business, firstly as an owner/manager of a company gave me a broader understanding of contracts and potential issues in transactions. My prior experience in special events at the Museum of Fine Arts- Houston for 12 years provided me with an acute understanding of customer service and client relations. There are 2 characteristics that proved to me she was the perfect agent to work with.


First was her looking out for my best interest. I knew a bit about the Houston market before I began searching for homes, but didn't know much when it came to renting out the property. She assisted me in offering a fair price if she felt the property wasn't worth the asking price, she offered advice when it came to fixing up the property before showing, she gave me a second opinion when I was quoted for repairs needed, and the list can go on.
