Ron speaks Hindi, Urdu and Gujarati in addition to English, a valuable asset in an international city such as Houston, and one that enables him to assist clients world-wide to purchase and sell real estate here. He works with clients of all ages and at all price points. “I love helping young clients purchase their first home as well as working with clients a bit further up the ladder to find their longed-for dream home.”

Born into a Zoroastrian family in Karachi, Pakistan, Ron graduated from the University of Karachi with a Bachelor of Science degree. He worked for Trans Mediterranean Airways before his family emigrated to the United States and Houston in 1985.
When not working, Ron works to help sponsor community events. He loves to travel, especially on cruise vacations. Ron and his wife of 37 years have one son and a grandson who lives in Austin.
Since entering the real estate industry in 2014, Bincy has served hundreds of families and thousands of community members through her individual representation and public classes and videos. In 2019, Bincy was selected as one of Houston's Top 20 Under 40 Rising Star Realtor based on production, leadership, and community service and serves on multiple real estate professional committees at the local and state level.

Ronald has lived in the Greater Houston area for more than 30 years, growing up in Spring. He holds a BBA in Accounting and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Houston. Ronald worked in the oil and gas industry for over a decade as an accountant. However, his entrepreneurial mindset eventually led him to embark on a full-time venture in real estate.
