Drawing upon a lineage in Houston real estate that began with her grandmother in the 1970s and continued with her parents, Nicole felt destined to enter the field and did so in 2010. Since then, she has been a property rights advocate on a mission to help Houstonians build generational wealth through real estate and has sold over 150 Million dollars in residential real estate. Nicole has many industry accolades, including being named in the Top 20 Under 40 by the Houston Association of Realtors®, RIS Media Newsmaker in 2018 and 2020, Inman Innovator of the Year in 2020, and she's known for her out-of-the-box marketing strategies. Born in Ohio, Natalee arrived in Houston at the age of 5 and has called Houston home ever since. She grew up in the Sugar Land and attended college at Stephen F. Austin State University, graduating with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Communications. Natalee is a self-starter who supported herself throughout college.
Natalee and her husband live in Braeswood Place. You can find them out and about dining Houston's vast restaurants and spoiling their rescue furbaby. In her spare time, Natalee enjoys traveling, baking, a love she inherited from her grandfather, sipping wine, and spending time with family and friends.
Before becoming a REALTOR in 2010, Natalee Kelaher worked in the Texas Medical Center for 15 years first in Human Resources and then as an Residency Coordinator. In those roles, she assisted numerous health care professionals and trainees transitioning to the Houston area. Working with all levels of professionals and personality types, she grew to understand how much everyone's needs are different and developed great instincts about how to provide the most help.
Since becoming licensed in 2010, she has been diligent in expanding her knowledge and ability to assist clients effectively. Natalee is also a Major Investor with TREPAC which protects home ownership rights.
A proud Lumberjack Alumni, Natalee also volunteers her time to the Alumni Association and sits on the College of Liberal Arts Board.

In 2009, when Laura moved from Nebraska to the Houston area her background in customer service drew her to the relocation industry. First-hand knowledge of the stresses, joys and adventures of moving helped Laura empathize with clients.
One of her proudest career accomplishments happened in 2014 when Laura obtained her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation. Laura is also a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program where she honed leadership skills and met many great leaders in Houston, Texas and the national real estate arena.
