Jacalyn "Jacki" Henthorne has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998, growing her business steadily through referral and repeat business which has reached a phenomenal 95% of her client base. Jacki's strong desire to meet or exceed client expectation is the driving force behind her success. As one of Houston's top-producing real estate professionals, she has accrued a number of top awards based on her production. Yet she is most proud of earning HAR's Five Star Professional, an award based on client satisfaction. "Only one percent of agents qualify for it," Jacki states proudly. "The award essentially comes from the client and my colleagues that means everything to me."

A native of Rapid City, South Dakota, Jacki came to Houston after living in Missouri and northern California. She brings a strong, 30-year-plus background in sales, finance and management to her career in real estate. "I spent 11 years in the RV industry where I rose to be general sales manager and finance director," Jacki says. "Moving into residential real estate sales was a natural transition for me."
Holding positions in a corporate relocation office as Asset Manager, Relocation Inventory Specialist and Relocation Coordinator has provided her a unique inside level of experience that most agents don't have insight to. "That opportunity greatly strengthened my skills and laid the foundation for the success I have reached in my relocation and referral business," Jacki commented. Additionally, she held an assistant vice president position for a large brokerage in The Woodlands where she recruited, trained and led more than 90 agents, many of whom have gone on to be top producers.
Community involvement is equally important to Jacki. When not working, she enjoys golfing and participates in tournaments for fun or in those that benefit local charitable fundraising initiatives. She actively supports St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital Fundraising and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
"My mother has been the greatest influence in my life," Jacki says. "She raised four children single handedly and instilled a solid work ethic in me. She taught me to be true to myself and to always be honest. I believe that my clients trust me with one of their most important financial decisions because they can rely on me throughout the process."

Tina Schroeter began her career in Real Estate in 2008. As a top producer, she has represented numerous buyers and sellers. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate License, Tina was a small business owner, a teacher and most importantly the mother of three daughters. Her oldest is a 2004 Texas A&M graduate, her middle daughter graduated from U of H and her youngest is currently a Junior at Texas A&M. She is also the proud grandmother of three.
After nearly 30 years in Facilities and Project Management, Shane Schroeter joined Tina as her licensed assistant and business partner in 2016. Shane is the father of three, his oldest son is studying at Lone Star College in Cypress. His daughter is currently a freshman at Blinn College in Bryan with hopes of becoming an Aggie and his youngest son is a Sophomore in High School with plans to attend Blinn College and Texas A&M as well.
