Lesia Rounsavall-Beard was born and raised in Grapeland, Texas, and is a hometown girl through and through. After graduating from Grapeland High School, in 1982, Lesia began working in the public sector and has been dedicated to excellent customer service for over 30 years. Through it all Lesia always dreamed of a career in the Real Estate Industry, but just could not muster up the confidence to step out and do it. It wasn't until this past year that God put the right person in front of her, (Beverly Filer) that told her where she could go to school and offered her encouragement and help thru the course of the education. Lesia explains You know when you are 58 years old, it's hard to go back to when we were in school and learn new things & remember them! But Lesia's desire to help people with fulfilling their dream of homeownership, kept her motivated to complete this lifelong dream.
