Ercilia Juarez

For 15 years, I worked as an educator, primarily teaching kindergarten students. As a team leader, I successfully catered to a wide variety of learners, including those who struggled to hold a pencil to those who could read at a high level. I took on the roles of counselor, mentor, mother figure, mediator, nurse, supporter, and a good listener to my students, which helped me to meet everyone's unique needs. I loved presenting new information every day and have a deep understanding of individual needs and compassion for others. Those skills transfer to my real estate business, where I continue to teach, listen, and offer patience to my clients. Before teaching, I worked for a home builder for four years, where I served as a sales consultant. I wrote contracts, coordinated meetings, and ensured customer satisfaction. I received high customer satisfaction reviews for providing excellent customer service and consistent communication throughout the build process. I was a top sales consultant at my company. I then transitioned into becoming a successful real estate agent. As a resident of the Houston area for the past 15 years, I have been active in my community, volunteering at my daughters' schools and serving as the TCGC Chair for the local HS band and a member of the PTO Board. When not volunteering, I enjoy exploring new restaurants throughout Houston and participating in Restaurant Weeks. I also enjoy listening to music and dancing. My goal as a real estate agent is to provide top-notch service to my clients, offering them my expertise on all the current market data they need to make informed decisions and secure the best possible deal. I am dedicated to making sure my clients have the best experience possible. I strive to build lasting relationships with my clients, becoming their family friend and not just their realtor.
