Growing up in Magnolia, Texas until moving to College Station to attend Texas A&M, I am native to Houston and its surrounding areas. After graduating from Mays Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 2019, I played a direct role in the home buying process as a licensed property and casualty insurance agent, securing homeowners insurance policies for new home buyers, investment property purchases, and rentals. I have since lived in The Woodlands, Texas and commute to the Houston area often. When I am not working in marketing/sales, I'm locating my clients' dream home or putting my marketing skills to work to sell their current one. Kathy brings a business focus to real estate, following a 19-year career recognized for outstanding performance at Hewlett-Packard Company. Kathy has lived in the Houston area since 1981. Her areas of expertise include central Houston/Inner Loop, and the Champions/Spring/Tomball suburban areas as well. She holds several designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist. Kenton is a native Houstonian and was raised from 6th grade in the Cypress area. He graduated from Langham Creek high school and attended Texas State University. After a seven-year period of living in San Marcos Texas, San Antonio Texas, and Phoenix Arizona, he has returned home with a passion for Real Estate! Kenton is eager to make a name for himself in the community and offer the best service possible when helping the buying or selling of your home. I moved to Texas about 13 years ago from Illinois where I worked 25+ years in the customer service industry. When I'm not working I like to spending time with my family husband Wesley and kids Kayla, Jaden, Darius, and our German shepherd dog Max.I love watching scary movies and reading thriller books.
