Kathy brings a business focus to real estate, following a 19-year career recognized for outstanding performance at Hewlett-Packard Company. Kathy has lived in the Houston area since 1981. Her areas of expertise include central Houston/Inner Loop, and the Champions/Spring/Tomball suburban areas as well. She holds several designations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist. Kathy says, My marketing helps sellers and investors get their homes sold quickly for an excellent value. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and I use these skills every day to obtain outstanding results for my clients.
