My name is David Phillips and I'm a native Houstonian growing up on the far northwest side of town just outside of Jersey Village. I've been working in real estate for 10 years, and while I am open to working across the greater Houston Area, I prefer to focus my efforts on the north side in the beautiful Spring/Woodlands market which I currently call home. I use a personalized approach to fully understand my clients personal and financial goals and objectives, in order to help them achieve the maximum level of success in what for many people is the largest transaction of their lives. I will work tirelessly to make what can be an extremely stressful process as seamless and smooth as possible. I'm able to draw on my 12 years of supply chain, customer service, and sales experience in the highly competitive oil and gas industry to make this goal a reality. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my wife and three beautiful daughters. We moved to the Spring/Woodlands area 8 years ago because in my opinion, this is the best place in the greater Houston Area to raise a family.
