My name is Lynn Blair. I am the mother of 2 beautiful children and 1 exchange student from Switzerland! I was an elementary school teacher for over a decade in Cy-Fair and continue to substitute if I have a free moment. I also coach Special Olympics Track and Swimming for the Cy-Fair school district and foster for the local Cypress dog rescue, Cypress Lucky Mutts. Aside from my love of children and animals, I have always had a passion for real estate. I have been an investor along with my husband (whom is a realtor as well) since 2009.

Eight years ago I made my dream a reality and took up real estate along side my husband, Cody. This year I became a broker and we have opened up Blair Realty Group here in Fairfield! A native Houstonian who has lived in the northwest Houston, Cypress and Copperfield area for over 20 years, she focuses on neighborhoods in and around the northwest areas of Houston but is quite comfortable showing and selling throughout her hometown. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys working with international clients as well.

Married, with two children and three dogs, Carmen says hers is a very active family very involved in outdoor activities revolving around the children, including swimming at the pool, beach, water parks, baseball. They also like to support community events and attend festivals in surrounding areas. Carmen herself enjoys volunteering at the children's school and serving at her church.
