Summer Patton brought to the team a background in the real estate title industry. She now has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor (originally doing her business in David's name) and two decades in real estate. She is a certified stager and has a Luxury Realtor designation along with years of selling properties valued over a million dollars. A graduate of Texas A&M, she enjoys owning a horse, and being an equestrian for over 30 years. One of her specialties is selling horse properties. I have always loved the real estate business! As a young child, I have fond memories of watching my dad work. But also stay on top the market to know when to advise my clients to make winning offers but not overpay. I also know how to price a home right to get multiple offers over asking to sell quickly.

Negotiations: Certified with the Real Estate Negotiation Designation, I have extensive experience negotiating on my client's behalf. I try to find out what's important to the other side of the deal, what's easy to give on my client's side and negotiate a deal that is mutually beneficial. This also means knowing how to stand up to pushy agents.

Inspections: I go to all my home inspections, read the inspection reports, I am familiar with what home inspectors look for. I point out issues with a home on first visit, noting any deferred maintenance items that may become an issue down the road. Likewise on the sale side, I can offer advice on what inspectors will be looking for to help make a smoother sale.
