Hello, my name is Bonnie Patino, a Realtor with Ai Realty. I grew up in Alvin TX and currently live in Houston with my 2 sons (15 & 18) and 2 dogs. One boxer names Tyson and one French bulldog named Yoda.)


Prior to Real Estate, I worked in Oil and Gas in the IT department. My position was client facing, where I developed the superior customer service and communication skills essential to represent all your real estate needs. I enjoyed my job in IT but at the end of the day it was not my passion nor fulfilling so I decided to leave Oil and Gas and moved into Real Estate full time. I do not regret my decisions and look forward to continuing my career in Real estate.

I was born and raised west of the Houston area in Sealy, TX and I have called the Northwest side of Harris County home for the past decade. Holding to my small town values along with knowledge of our growing area I am ready to lead you to your dreams of home ownership. I have a combined 19 years in secondary and higher education as a teacher and leader and have served Cy-Fair in this capacity for 13 of those years. I continue to serve our community as an educator and I am ready to serve you and your real estate needs.

I am a native Texan with roots in both Beaumont & Austin. I graduated from Texas State University where I studied Psychology, Dance & Business with the opportunity to be a part of the Strutter Dance Team & Delta Zeta Sorority. After college I was privileged to work as a drill team director in the midst of starting a family with my husband, Scott. We have 3 kids & 1 Goldendoodle. I started my real estate career in 2005, and I love to serve my clients during the home-buying & selling process. There are many choices and opinions coming at the home buyer that can be stressful. Being an easygoing yet decisive person who is focused on what is best for my client, my goal is to make this process enjoyable. I love to help people, this is what makes real estate exciting to me. My years as a realtor, have taught me valuable lessons about this industry. Most importantly, no real estate deal is ever the same….While I have methods and standards that make each transaction flow more smoothly, there is no formula that guarantees perfection. Being able to calmly and decisively work through issues that arise is key & this is something I do very well! My challenge to myself is to be set apart as a Realtor. I do this by focusing on the needs of my clients, helping them make the best decision—not rushing anyone through things, but explaining things throughout the process, & anticipating problems that might occur, in order to proactively resolve them…. Victoria Black is a licensed Realtor and a native Houstonian, born and raised in Texas. After spending some time in Arizona and Colorado, Victoria returned to Houston in late 2020. She specializes in serving military families and helping them utilize the benefits and programs available to them. Victoria's ability to connect with people and her genuine care for their needs sets her apart from her competitors. She wants her clients to know that she is a caring person who will take care of them throughout the buying/selling process and beyond. Prior to her career in real estate, Victoria worked in retail management and recruiting and ran a construction company while being a devoted stay-at-home mom to her three daughters. My name is Leigh Beard and I grew up Corpus Christi but have lived in the Houston/Cypress area since 2005. I've been working in Real Estate since 2017 and have loved every second of it. My only regret is not transitioning sooner. My first year I was named Rookie of the year and since then have been a Million Dollar Top Producer each year. I have worked with clients in almost every Houston Metro including Cypress, Katy, Spring, Conroe, Willis, Sugarland Missouri City, Brenham, The Heights, Tomball, Humble, Richmond and Pearland to name a few.











Buying a home is such a huge blessing but I also understand it can be stressful as well. I am here to walk each and every client through the process no matter if they are first time or seasoned home buyers/sellers. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I love volunteering with my church, trying new restaurants, going to concerts and comedy shows as well as visiting Houston Zoo.
