About Maria Navejas Raised in a "hard working family" in Abilene, Texas, Maria graduated from Abilene Christian University. Her career began with HEB Grocery Co and she served as a Store Leader for the last 8 years of her 16 year career. She was successful in her many roles by having attention to detail, making sure her customers needs were met and that they felt appreciated. Maria is married to Kevin McGuire and is a bonus mom to his two beautiful and energetic kids. Kevin too is an agent and renovates homes. In 2016 they moved to Houston to be closer to medical experts that could help them better navigate their little girl's medical attention. Since moving it was discovered that she was missing a chromosome that have caused her delayments. As a youth I competed around the world on the tennis circuit. It instilled in me a competitive drive, a high level of discipline, and work ethic that serves me well to this day. I graduated from Duke University in 2001. My husband and I relocated from New Orleans to the Lake Conroe area post Hurricane Katrina and we haven't looked back since.

I spent my first two years in the Real Estate industry specializing in REO foreclosure properties. The company I worked for handled the disposition of distressed properties across the entire Houston Metro Statistical Area.

The next few years I worked for a boutique firm on Lake Conroe that focused on superior customer service and quality transactions. Next stop was a successful 1.5 year campaign as a multi-million dollar producer at Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene. I am very proud to have been aligned with such a well respected brand.

I moved to Keller Williams the Woodlands and after an incredible 2014 year doing close to $5 million in production I joined the World Class Kink Team. Since 2015 I have been a multi-million dollar producer improving on my sales goals year over year for one of Houston's Top real estate teams.

In the fall of 2018, I decided to go back out on my own with EXP Realty. It was certainly an incredible experience the last few years being part of a highly successful Luxury Team.
