Thomas W. (Tom) Coltharp was born and in Baton Rouge, LA and raised in Beaumont, TX. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1966 with a B.S. in Animal Science. After working in the animal feed and finance industry he obtained his Real Estate license in 1970. He was a State Certified Appraiser for many years and has assisted companies such as Freddie Mac, Exxon and numerous banks.
He is presently an Associate Real Estate Broker with First Group Real Estate in Conroe, TX. Tom has served in all disciplines of Real Estate from sales of timberland, office buildings and residential properties. He is active in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of Conroe and has served on various boards of civic and professional organizations in the community and Montgomery County.

Dave Noel began his Real Estate career in 2007. Dave joined one of the top producing real estate teams in the United States and quickly became recognized as a top sales agent. Within the last 9 years, Dave has assisted over 250 families in the purchase of their new home.
