Tiffany Shannon ushers clients to success with her boundless enthusiasm and passion for helping people. She grew up on a ranch and has resided in College Station for more than 15 years, meaning she's an ideal guide for all types of buyers and sellers, including investors and those seeking prime farm and ranch properties. Tiffany's interest in real estate started in high school when she served as a broker's assistant. She sharpened her business and building knowledge working in accounting for a construction company before entering the real estate profession full-time. Today, as a valuable member of the Southern District Properties Group, she's a hardworking and determined advocate for her clients, always willing to go the extra mile. My greatest joy has been raising my three children in a small town much like where I grew up. I've lived in the Brenham area for a little over 10 years and am proud to call Washington County home. I fell in love with Brenham for the small-town charm, community involvement and of course the Bluebonnets! My kids, however, fell in love with Blue Bell!



When I'm not assisting my clients, family adventures top my list of priorities. I love to go camping, hiking, fishing, playing board games and am always up for a fun new adventure. There are so many places to explore but floating the Frio River is a family (and Texas) tradition!

Originally from Southeast Texas, Julia's journey to bluebonnet country is a little different than most. After High School graduation, Julia bundled up and headed North for college in Kansas, to compete on a National Champion Collegiate Livestock Judging Team. After completing her time there, she transferred to Texas A&M University, where she met a 6'8 boy from Brenham, who used to try to cheat off her homework! After graduation, Julia and Matt were married and moved back to his hometown. Julia's passion for real estate grew deeper as she was amazed by the rolling hills and bluebonnets of Washington County...remember, she is from the flat lands of SETX, so a hill was basically a mountain to her! The community of Washington County was so welcoming and she strives to welcome others into this area, with the same hospitality she was shown.
