Hello and WELCOME!

I am Monica Humphrey, and I am honored at the possibility to work with you and your family! I have been a NE Houston resident off and on for most of my life, with this last stretch being for over 10 years. Along with being a realtor, I am a wife to an awesome husband, have three active kiddos, serve on the PTO board, and am active in my community and church.

Throughout my life, I have moved roughly every three years. I understand the joy, stress, headache, and urgency there is when buying and/or selling a home. I am happy to be able to share in the joys and use my expertise to help in eliminating any stresses that may come with such big changes for YOU and YOUR family.

My degree in Business Finance allows me to understand your financial needs when buying/selling your home. My area knowledge enables me to help you familiarize yourself with different locations and pick the home that is best for you. At the same time, my past experience of almost 10 years as a Buyer (negotiations and contract management) with The Boeing Company ensures that I am able to prepare clean and professional contracts while negotiating the best price and options for you and your family.

Born and raised in the Northeast Houston area, Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge on local neighborhoods and communities you are considering calling home. She uses this knowledge to guide buyers and sellers by listening to their needs and wants in order to find their perfect property in the greater Houston area.

Hannah believes everyone needs a place to call home, and she can't imagine a better job than helping you find that place! My favorite part of serving my clients is getting to see their reaction when they walk into a home, and they just know it's 'The One'! Prior to her career in real estate, Hannah worked at a Chick-fil-A restaurant as an HR Director, caring for and training the team, along with serving guests by listening to their needs. With her many years of experience in hospitality and leadership, Hannah's desire is that her clients receive the best service in the real estate industry, and she will work hard to match your real estate needs to the best opportunity available, should you choose to work with her.

When she is not helping clients find their dream home, Hannah enjoys spending time playing games, fishing, or solving escape rooms with her family. She also enjoys staying active practicing the martial arts of both taekwondo and jiu-jitsu.

Fatima is committed to achieving success for her clients. She has the desire to be highly productive and successful with a career that will give her the opportunity of creating real estate goals for her clients, and building friendships with other agents and mortgage brokers along the way. She was born and raised in Mexico. She immigrated to Texas back in 2007. She loves the outdoors, being a mom and wife, and taking care of her health as well as her family's health. Being bilingual is an asset that she is proud of as it creates a good rapport with others. Working in the service industry for six years made her realize that she enjoyed helping others. She felt inclined to discover this new journey through real estate when she and her husband started the process of buying their own home together with their expanding family. Excitement is an understatement when it comes to wanting to help others follow dreams and create new stories in a home of their own. With great confidence, Fatima will win you over with her ability to listen to what you want, to find your perfect home, all while dealing with all the pressures of negotiating the best options for you throughout the real estate process.
