With deep roots within her community and the greater Houston Area, she played soccer and was a member of Santa Fe 4H showing quarter horses. Before entering Real Estate, Sandee worked for 30 years in health care in and around Brazoria, Galveston and Harris County. She has a heart for serving people and would love to meet with you and be a resource for you and/or your friends/family.


Sandee is married to an amazing man and they share 3 adult daughters. Sandee and her family are active in the dog rescue community and she regularly volunteers her time, and donates toward this worthy cause.

After enlisting right out of high school, I proudly served with the US Marine Corps in the infantry, stationed in Hawaii with the 3rd Battalion 3rd Marines. A deployment to Iraq tested my grit and forged unbreakable bonds with my fellow Marines. Post-service, I ventured into the corporate world in South Florida, dedicating nearly a decade to a national deli provisions company. Climbing the ladder from a warehouse role to becoming an operations and sales manager, I found satisfaction in the business and the people, but growth was limited, and family priorities shifted. A move to Texas was an opportunity for a fresh start, assisting a friend in marine construction. While the Houston-Galveston area became home, the demanding industry strained family time. This prompted a career reevaluation, catalyzing my fascination for relationships and people's stories. By chance, a friend who became my realtor guided me through a transformative home buying process. Witnessing her impact, I realized my true calling lay in real estate. The chance to merge my affinity for people with real estate's tangible dreams ignited a new path. Now, I'm prepared to leverage my diverse background to assist you in your real estate journey.
