My name is LaMance Woods, I have a Master's degree in Public Administration and a B.S. in Business Management. I am a Veteran and Real Estate Broker. I have been a licensed realtor in Houston, TX since 1998. I work with Buyer's, Sellers and investors who deal with residential real estate of all price ranges.

Kappy, a native Texan, has a strong passion for serving others. Armed with a BA from Midwestern State University - Real Estate School, an extensive background in photography, and coupled with a proven track record of surpassing her clients' expectations, makes Kappy a perfect fit for the ThisIsLivin Properties all-women lead team.

Kappy's photography expertise and high-level attention to detail are assets that benefit her clients on both the buyer and seller side of real estate. She focuses on providing expert-level service and truly commits herself to ensure the smoothest experience possible.

Successfully remodeling previously "unsellable" homes is a talent Kappy has honed over the last several years. She has a knack for seeing home staging needs and implementing budget-friendly solutions resulting in more aesthetically appealing homes and more functional ones.

In her spare time, Kappy enjoys baking, spending time with her husband and family on the Texas coast, and playing with her two adorable English Bulldogs.

A workaholic by nature Adrian Johnson is a HAR 5-star rated Realtor who brings a strategic, yet personable, approach to the home buying process. She combines her organization, attention to detail and exceptional work ethic with her passion for this industry ensuring that the entire process is seamless, efficient and rewarding for every client she serves. Adrian is an Accredited Buyers Representative, ABR and holds a e-PRO certification, specializing in first time buyers, new construction, and transaction management. She is a member in good standing of NAR, TAR, HAR and REBAC. In addition to being an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels, the City Wide Club and Katy Rotary Club, Adrian spends her time running 5k races for charities and training for the next half marathon.
She is a long-time resident of Katy, Texas, and resides here with her schnauzer Katy. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, spending time with family and making friends along the way.

She first entered the real estate market with a family focus in 2006 by handling the business side of her father's house-flipping endeavors. With her extensive background in accounting and finance, she brings a keen eye and strong market knowledge to the table. Her top priority, however, is serving others. Leslie has been helping her family and friends find their perfect home since she was first licensed in 2007. My belief is that the relationships are way more worth it than a transaction. Leslie has worked in all areas of real estate transactions from loan processing to home insurance sales to investors looking to lease or flip homes --- and brings a proven perspective that enables her to masterfully guide her clients through the buying or selling process. Prior to working in real estate, Leslie audited contracts for the United States Federal Government in the Defense Contract Audit Agency under the Department of Defense. Buyers and sellers working with Leslie can find confidence in her expertise in evaluating real estate contracts to ensure they work toward her client's best interests. A resident of Katy for 14 years, she specializes in the Katy and Fulshear market and is available to offer her services throughout the Houston Metropolitan area. Katriina Haggblom's background is in marketing, public relations and journalism with degrees from Capital University and The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. After moving several times within the corporate relocation world, working in real estate had become a longtime dream. Meeting new people and helping them find and sell one of the most important investments of their lives is not only rewarding, but something she feels passionate about. Being completely devoted to her clients is a top priority, and the love of helping others is what motivates her the most.

Jodi Gauthier, Real Estate Specialist and Founder of ThisIsLivin Properties, is a Katy native. She has watched this small rice farming town grow into the huge metropolis it is today. Jodi has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community and is fully committed to giving each client personalized service to meet those needs.
