I was raised in Waller County. This has given me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2018. My work experience hasn't always been in real estate. I spent years in professional printing before working for Waller ISD for 18 years, gaining a ton of friends including co-workers and former students all the while putting on local benefits to help people in the community, I was also a former volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for many years before retiring; it is only natural that I is able to combine my love of Waller, and surrounding counties with the love of wanting to help people, to now developing a successful real estate business. I am lucky enough to have turned my personal passion into my career and have spent the last couple years helping others find their home while also finding that perfect buyer for a home. You've probably heard that turning something you love into your career means you'll never have to work a day in your life. Timothy Phelan is the Owner – Broker of Waller County Land Company. Waller County Land Company was founded by Timothy in 1985 in Waller, Texas. Due to growth in the area he opened a second office in Hempstead in 1991. The 3,000 sq. ft. facility in Waller is custom designed for real estate brokerage. Licensed as a real estate professional since 1983, Tim graduated in 1977 from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science with major in accounting. Very involved in his community, Tim has served as past president of the Waller Area Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Waller County Board of Realtors and past president of the Waller County Economic Development Partnership. He has also served as past president and is currently serving as treasurer of his neighborhood property owner’s association. I was raised and attended school in the Cypress area and have watched the landscape change over the years. With the completed Grand Pkwy and all of the development along the US Hwy 290 corridor, Waller & Cypress are now closer together than ever. I moved to the Waller area in 1995 and fell in love with the area & the people. I love working with people and assisting them in their real estate needs.
