I have been married for 24 years to a wonderful man and both of us are heavily involved in community functions with the local chamber of commerce and economic development groups. I have three very active daughters; two that just graduated Texas A & M University and the third is married with our first grandbaby. I have always loved long drives in the country looking for exciting new places. When in town, I could never resist touring the new model homes in the latest subdivisions. Real estate was my destiny matching my love of looking at homes with my legacy of serving in the community. In addition to being a native Houstonian and real estate sales agent, Kimberly has a background in business and real estate law. Kimberly received her bachelors degrees—one in business finance and one in business marketing—from Texas A&M University. After graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University, Kimberly attended law school in downtown Houston where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2013. After graduating law school, Kimberly had the privilege of practicing real estate law for some of the top law firms world wide. As part of her legal real estate practice, Kimberly assisted clients in acquisitions and dispositions of multi-million dollar commercial, industrial and multi-family properties. As a former practicing real estate attorney, Kimberly has developed the negotiating skills and work ethic she believes are critical in assisting her real estate clients most efficiently and effectively.

Kimberly is married to Scott and together, they have two little boys, Konrad and Kohen, and a boxer puppy named Deuce.  In a house full of boys, there is never a dull moment for Kimberly and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Kim Perry has been an active member of the Waller area for over 25 years. Previously, she has served the local school district as a librarian for twenty-three years and is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Kim holds both a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Media Technology. She has been married to Billy Perry, who also works for Waller ISD, for twenty-four years and has a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is attending Texas A&M University. When Kim isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time gardening and decorating.
