Taking on the team management of 30+employees at Granduca Hotel for 4 years and later the Brazos Presbyterians Homes 5 years, I felt confident to take on a journey of being a business owner.


    With my husband's support, I opened and ran Dining Staff,LLC to serve the staffing needs of the hospitality business operations. I served proudly the Houston Country Club, The River Oaks Country Club, the Hallmark, BPHI,The Bell Tower, and local caterers. I grew resilience and appreciation in team work more than ever.
