My family moved to this area in 1985. My husband was the pastor of a local church and I worked along side him in ministry and at Lockheed. We started buying real estate as an investment to help us out when we retired. One day I was sitting at a closing and I decided right then that I could do this too. I took the classes, passed and I have been an active REALTOR since 2005. I do this because I enjoy meeting and working with people. Shannon is a proud, native Houstonian with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the area. In addition, her wide-range of experience in the industry, including over 20 years in management, title insurance, business development and sales, adds further value to each transaction.

A licensed real estate agent since 2002, Shannon began her real estate career in title insurance, and it was there that she learned about real estate from the closing perspective. This experience led Shannon to transition into the sales end of the real estate industry, and she has been exceeding expectations ever since! Shannon has enjoyed serving her clients with the utmost care in buying and selling residential resale and new homes.

As a real estate agent, Shannon’s primary philosophy is to apply her experience and knowledge to educate her clients through the entire buying and/or selling process. Krystyn Rawlinson is an experienced professional who brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to her role as the office manager. She has been with the office since 2012 and takes pride in providing the best assistance to our agents possible. As NextHome Realty Center's office manager, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and serves as our compliance coordinator, reviewing all contracts and addenda. She is here to help our awesome agents with anything they may need! In her free time, the Texas native stays pretty busy spending time with her husband and their five children. She has 4 girls and 1 boy ranging from toddler to teenager. Krystyn is involved in several Christian ministries and she and her family love to volunteer their time with their church.
