A Little About Me-

My interest and passion for Real Estate began in the early 1990's, when my husband and I were beginning the search for our first home. Since then, we have moved 6 times and lived in 4 cities in Texas. Four of these moves included building our new home. I just love the process and, yes, we are still happily married!



In the early 2000's, we continued our Real Estate adventure and purchased, remodeled and flipped 2 properties in the North Houston area. I would have to say that our very latest endeavors have been my favorite, so far. In 2019, we purchased a 1913 historic cottage, in Galveston, and completely remodeled it. We maintained the historic features and charm of the home, while bringing it up to date with all the modern conveniences. The home was featured on the GHF Historic Home Tour in 2021. We are now working on a 1900 Storm Survivor, that will hit the market soon! Having lived on the island in my youth, I grew to love everything about Galveston. I want to share that love and experience with others and can't wait to help you find your perfect Island home.

Stephanie Schraeder was born and raised in Harris County. Stephanie moved to Magnolia, TX in Montgomery County with her family in 2013, and she became a licensed real estate agent in 2019.

"I love living in Magnolia and being part of such a close community. I chose a career in real estate because I want to help other people find their perfect place to call home in the Houston area." Stephanie's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent 7 years as a public relations coordinator for a Houston area school district before taking time away from working full time to raise her young family. Stephanie also manages a website and social media presence with her husband for Rockin S Hunting Company, a Texas hunting guide service. Stephanie is married to her dedicated husband, Mike, who loves the outdoor life that Texas and the Gulf Coast have to offer. Ashley Fluitt brings her experience as a Industrial construction worker. Prior to becoming a Realtor she worked very hard and long hours helping build and set the equipment needed for companies to run smoothly. She learned how to work well under pressure, workout random hiccups in the way, deal with long days away from home, and pay close attention to detail.
