My love for Real Estate started early watching my Dad turn a distressed property into a beautiful home. As I grew older, I graduated high school and went on to get my Associates degree in Business and obtained my Real Estate license. Over the years that I have been a Realtor in the Houston area, I have become well versed in many avenues of real estate from helping first time home buyers locate the perfect home for their family, assisting sellers in successfully selling their home for the highest amount possible and moving on to their next chapter in their lives, to purchasing foreclosed properties and restoring them to above and beyond their original glory. Growing up in a military family, Arch moved homes every few years and understands the stresses and complexities of finding a new home and transitioning into a new community. In the late 1990s, Arch settled in The Woodlands, TX, and has since called it home. Over the last two decades, he has experienced the remarkable transformation of the Township, including the development of The Woodlands Waterway, large corporations moving into the area, the accompanying increase in jobs, and real estate development. Arch earned a degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has more than 15 years of experience in Investments, Finance, Marketing and Business Development within the Engineering, Construction, and Oil and Gas industries.
