Carmelita acknowledges the home buying process can be exciting, a little intimidating and unnerving, whether you are a first-time homebuyer or it is your second or third home. As a wife of a Retired Navy Veteran and Air Force Mom, she understands what it means to be in transition. As a military spouse, she understands the challenges of relocating and PCS Moves. Her strategy is to make your move as smooth as possible. She and her family relocated from Virginia to Texas in 2014 with a great love for Texas.
Carmelita believes in staying educated on the trends in the real estate industry to serve and represent her clients. So you will find her in a class at least once a week updating her skills and knowledge. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors & Houston Association of Realtors.
She has a master's degree from Liberty University and obtained several certifications and designations to enhance her real estate skills to better represent her clients. Some of her favorite memories from Liberty University was working with domestic students and international students and helping them through the financial check-in process. Carmelita is a life long learner when it comes to education and she loves sharing her knowledge with her clients.

Monica has lived in Texas the majority of her life. Monica grew up in Dallas where she started her love in Real Estate. Monica worked in property management for 6 years, loved it so much, she started real estate school. During that time her husband, James, transferred their family to Houston for his job in the oil and gas industry. As they settled down Monica then continued to finish Real Estate school. Monica enjoys looking at homes, and is dedicated in making sure that her clients find the best fit for their lifestyle. Monica has an eye for detail and a personality that gets anyone interested , which is perfect for listing your home.
When Monica isn't working she stays busy with their son, Kaden, and all his activities. From being on the PTO board at his school, on the NCFL board for his football, team mom in football as well as soccer, and making sure he is well suited up when he decides to go off and ride his dirt bike. Their family enjoys going to Colorado through out the year. In the winter Monica skis, and James and Kaden snowboard. In the summer they enjoy white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and going to the skatepark.
Monica commits to making peoples lives change with opening up doors to their new home and closing them to the old. She loves to see that feeling of gratitude, and the smiles her clients give off when they have just closed on a home.

Shaun was born and raised in Minnesota. He is married and has two children. He move to the Montgomery area 9 years ago.
