Born and raised in NYC, my husband and I decided to plant roots in Austin because of the phenomenal quality of life. Being a graduate with Accounting degree, Young worked for 17 years as a Finance professional at major oil companies and banks. She has various Finance expertise in Corporate world includes Financial Analysis, Tax, Auditing, Trading Financial and Product Control. Young is committed to excellence in customer service as well as applying her depth of experience in the Finance industry for your real estate needs. A 16-year background and training in human resources allows Natalie Leal to approach real estate sales from a unique perspective. Natalie commits to excellence in her personal life as well. Walking 39 miles at Houston's Avon Walk for Breast Cancer resulted in her joining the Cypress Running Club, with whom she's run nine half-marathons with an additional four on the calendar for the 2016 - 2017 running season. She uses her "from the couch, to a walk, to a run" experience in her everyday outlook: "Just follow the process and it will lead to great results!"

A native Houstonian, Natalie grew up in Spring and graduated from the Spring ISD schools. She earned her BSBM degree in Houston, and continues to be a life-long learner/life-long resident of Houston's North/Northwest side. She is married and has one daughter who has opted for college life in California at San Diego State University.
