Chantell began her career as a City Planner in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, after obtaining her Master's Degree in Urban Development and Environmental Policy with a Specialization in Housing & Community Development from Texas Southern University. Chantell has also been a City Planner in League City, Texas. Her days were filled with writing ordinances, considering zoning regulations, and mulling over the best way to use City land resources. Chantell always had a passion for Real Estate, and her evolution to Real Estate began when she started performing Site Acquisition work for cell towers. Within a few months on the job she obtained her Real Estate license and began following her true passion Real Estate. Eventually, Chantell's drive for constant improvement and innovation sparked her interest in opening her own brokerage. Today, Chantell is blending her real estate expertise with NextHome's suite of top-level tools to bring quality service to Houston homebuyers. Growing up in rural Louisiana, Kenny Gabriel learned valuable characteristics such as resourcefulness, courteousness, respectfulness, and a service-minded mentality. In 2012, he moved to Houston and created relationships with individuals and organizations across the Houston professional landscape.
I don't want others to go through the same hurdles I went through in my buying journey. This is one reason becoming a realtor resonated with me. Prior to real estate, Kenny spent years in territory management which afforded him the ability to learn about the many areas of the city and its diverse population. Kenny is an animal lover, foodie, plant dad, and loves to run. The beginnings of my Real Estate interest, came from mentoring first-time buyers on how to best position themselves to navigate towards home ownership.
