Chantell Hypolite is the Broker/Owner of NextHome Realty Executives. Chantell serves residential buyers and sellers across Houston. Her areas of expertise also extend to the suburbs, serving clients in Richmond, Missouri City, Fresno, Katy, and Spring. Chantell began her career as a City Planner in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, after obtaining her Master's Degree in Urban Development and Environmental Policy with a Specialization in Housing & Community Development from Texas Southern University. Chantell has also been a City Planner in League City, Texas. Her days were filled with writing ordinances, considering zoning regulations, and mulling over the best way to use City land resources. Chantell always had a passion for Real Estate, and her evolution to Real Estate began when she started performing Site Acquisition work for cell towers. Within a few months on the job she obtained her Real Estate license and began following her true passion Real Estate. Eventually, Chantell's drive for constant improvement and innovation sparked her interest in opening her own brokerage. Today, Chantell is blending her real estate expertise with NextHome's suite of top-level tools to bring quality service to Houston homebuyers.
