I moved from Hawaii to Houston in 2000 where my love of flying landed me a career as a flight attendant with United Airlines. I have been a dedicated flight attendant for 20 years. I love the friendly skies and the diverse people I feel privileged to serve.
My experience as a flight attendant has taught me how to successfully navigate a multitude of adverse situations, people, and circumstances in a way that results in the client's needs always coming first. I now combine these skills into my career of real estate. Whether it's assisting buyers in finding what could be their life's most valuable asset, or helping home sellers with the marketing and subsequent sale of their home, I will be with my client every step of the way ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.
Dr. William Green received his quantitative doctorate in Organizational Management (PhD) from Capella University in 2012 titled "Servant Leadership: A Correlation Analysis of Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction in U.S. Military Organization." Dr. Green is also retired U.S. Army after serving 20 years in locations such as Germany, Belgium, Massachusetts, Missouri and Texas. Serving in numerous leadership positions including as an instructor at the U.S. Army Engineer School logging over 5000 hours in classroom instruction earning the prestigious Master Instructor Certificate. Dr. Green ended his military service in the U.S. Army Recruiting Command serving as Army Recruiter, Station Commander and Guidance Counselor receiving numerous awards as 'Top Recruiter", "Top Station Commander" and "Guidance Counselor of the Year" during his tenure. Upon leaving the military, Dr. Green worked as an New Home Sales Manager for a reputable builder for over 12 years and decided to leave the builder and become a "Realtor" full time. Dr. Green is also an professor for a local college teaching business and management courses.
