Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker Tim Shanahan injects passion into his real estate practice. A fourth-generation Houstonian, Tim brings invaluable experience gained working for a well-known commercial real estate company negotiating complex contracts, leasing and office brokerage.

Tim graduated from St. Thomas High School and holds a degree in public relations from Texas State University. When not working he enjoys cooking for friends & family, hunting, fishing and spending quality time with his wife & two children.
