Born in Houston, raised in the Woodlands and having lived in Katy for 18+ years where she raised her 3 children she is no stranger to Houston and the surrounding areas. Her love for her job and industry shows as she was named the Top Buyers Agent at CitiQuest Properties after being with the company for less than a year. Contributing to the teams success for over 7 years while winning Houston Business Journal awards for volume & transactions she has now branched off to become the founder of The Hagan Homes Group. In her free time, Debbie enjoys traveling & working out at her neighborhood F45 in Oak Forest.

Blessed with a great sense of humor, good “people” skills, and a level-headed personality that puts clients and associates immediately at ease, Patty Jackson is a natural when it comes to handling the stresses and uncertainties connected with buying or selling a home.

A difficult move to Houston in 1984, as the result of a transfer, inspired her to become a Realtor® to help people cope with those transitions; while her background as a pre-school teacher ingrained in her the importance of focusing on the basics. Teaching also taught Patty the value of doing one’s homework and being well prepared.

She makes it a point to spend equal time representing buyers and sellers since she believes it gives her a greater perspective on both sides of a real estate transaction. She says that each sale is different and provides a learning experience that helps her with the next.

A resident of Ashford Forest/ Nottingham Forest, Patty markets all of the Memorial and Westside neighborhoods. She loves her job and it shows. Her energetic and positive approach to helping clients achieve their dreams is what has made her a “Star Achiever” for three years running and one of the company’s top producing agents.

Julie developed a passion for real estate while building and managing a small rental business focusing on rental properties in the West Memorial area. She brings excellent negotiation skills and business savvy to the table having served as a paralegal in Corporate Defense Litigation (for companies such as Ford, Volvo & BMW). Being born into a family with a strong background in Real Estate, Chase Fabling was raised in Houston's Energy Corridor where he attended Spring Branch Schools and often assisted in his family's real estate business. Moving inside the loop 9 years ago, Chase attended the University of Houston, completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance. A member of the Undergraduate Real Estate Scholars, Chase participated in numerous courses relevant to analyzing market trends including Applied Econometrics and Data Mining. Chase hopes to use his background to help his clients make solid investment decisions for both their personal residences and business endeavors. Chase, currently a resident of Near Northside, specializes in serving clients in areas in which he has resided including Montrose, East Downtown, Midtown, The Heights, First Ward & West Houston/Energy Corridor.
