Revisamos el reporte de titulo y le hacemos sugerencias en como eliminar grabamenes. Informamos al cliente de cualquier contrato recibido y negociamos los terminos para obtener el mejor resultado. Revisamos el estado de HUD para estar seguros que los costos son los previamente acordados en el contrato de venta. Usamos nuestro conocimiento de contaduria para desglozarle todos los costos. Acompanamos a los vendedores al cierre.
