I've lived at Parklane for 2 years and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. A big part of that decision is Shajwanda. She was my first point of contact for my tour and helped me get my lease started, and she made the whole process super easy. She's always been friendly, professional, and whenever I've had a question or request, she handles it as quickly as possible. She's genuinely one of the best parts of living here. The maintenance team deserves a shoutout too. They're always friendly, respectful when entering your apartment, quick to respond, and they actually take the time to do the job right. My unit doesn't have an attached garage but comes with a reserved parking space, which I've really liked. The amenities are great, and being within walking distance of Lakeland Village shops and restaurants is a huge plus. Overall, it's just a great place to live.

Lived here for 3 years and felt so safe living as a single woman near the city. Amazing staff who always want to help. Parklane is the closest thing to owning a home in Bridgeland with its beautiful property and optional attached garages. I was so sad to move and have to leave. Would recommend living here. It is indeed luxury living.

Parklane Cypress are really nice apartments however, the assistant managers in the front office are not good, well at least they started out alright but then, because of my job loss shortly after moving in, they completely became very nasty with their attitudes, and how they were handling me and my situation, ( I’m grateful I have documented this entire communication process & have proof with them, one of the assistant managers even called my phone one day lying as if someone had reported to them they were hearing noises coming from my apartment, mind you, it’s just me living there, to mention I was actually at work when they called 🥴) I could tell in his voice he realized he got caught in his game when I replied to him I wasn’t there and at work. There are several good reviews about them ( which I’m not taking away from other’s experience, mine however started out good but they filed an eviction order against me for one month’s behind due to my job loss) after documented texts and attempted to resolve my issue, I went and made my rent payment this morning through the court, called the office to ask for access back to the community, which they removed my access, and the lady told me she couldn’t give me access and that the rent that I paid with the courts was not acceptable pretty much, I will definitely be escalating this to upper management, though I wanted to allow my emotions to handle her, I maintained my composure and will be handling this situation professionally and with upper management. Hopefully others will have a better and consistent experience with them.

They're ok, but I would keep looking. Paid $6500+ to move out just short of 3 months after moving in. The walls of the apartment, especially the main bedroom closet, reeked of cigarette odor. During the walk-through there was a heavy perfume smell. After moving in, we quickly figured out it was to hide the heavy cigarette odor that later became intolerable.

We recently moved into our new home in Mirella, and it is absolutely wonderful! It’s a quiet, beautiful place, perfect for both relaxation and everyday living. The entire area is very clean and well-maintained, and the house has everything needed for a comfortable life. The swimming pool and the relaxation area create a unique feeling of peace and serenity — a true haven where you can fully unwind. A huge thank you to the amazing managers, especially Jennifer, who made our move smooth and stress-free. Their support and care were truly exceptional. We are incredibly grateful!
