Maintenance requests are handled quickly—often within 24 hours—and the grounds are always clean and well cared for. My unit is spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The amenities, including the fitness center and resident lounge, are consistently maintained and never overcrowded. Overall, this has been one of the best renting experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

Living here has been pure magic. The front office alone feels like stepping into a five-star hotel. My unit's a dream, with floor-to-ceiling windows soaking up views every morning. The gym's state-of-the-art, and the pool is larger then Olympic size with a huge television screen can watch football or movies. Staff's incredible-maintenance fixes stuff same-day, Stacey is amazing, she is so much fun and goes above and beyond expectations. Honestly, best decision I've made. Ten stars if I could!

I’ve had an outstanding experience at Luxe at Mercer Crossing! The property offers fantastic amenities, including a stunning pool and a top-notch gym. The management team truly goes above and beyond. Manager Kevin is incredibly attentive and always ready to help with any needs. Assistant Manager Stacy is equally wonderful, providing amazing support and care. Leasing Agent Trinity is a delight, always greeting residents with a warm smile and making the leasing process seamless. The maintenance team is prompt and thorough, ensuring every unit is in top condition. Thanks to their dedication, parking is never an issue, and the property is always well-maintained. Additionally, the amenities are consistently top-tier. The pool is always clean, the gym is well-equipped, and the communal spaces are welcoming. The management also hosts fun events and provides little perks like snacks and coffee in the office, making us feel truly valued as residents. In short, thanks to the dedication of Manager Kevin, Assistant Manager Stacey, Leasing Agents Trinity and David, and the entire team, life at Luxe at Mercer Crossing is exceptional. It’s a place where residents truly feel at home.

Wow I am amazed living here for a month has been wonderful. My girlfriend and me are loving our new home. We had a little friend gathering yesterday and the way this flows is wonderful from the comfort of our new home we can open the gate for our visitors and just tell them follow the ton of signs on property of where to park. Gate access is from our phones which is lovely Love that I can park my Tesla with no problem I really see security on property late at night which I know that this property is super safe. If you look forward to move in Kevin will be more than glad to help you. Kevin was awesome also Jospeh, Joseph showed me everything on property since Kevin had a meeting I love the GYM is my main thing my gf love the pool which we hadn’t been able to use it due to this weather but we can wait. Morning routine for me is be at the office for that delicious coffee and wave at Stacy the assistant manager she is so funny she will have a joke 😅 my gf love that water they be putting out. I can’t talk about maintenance because everything on my unit is in perfect conditions. But what I can say is that I do not regret moving in here. If my gf feels safe I can say that this is a great place to live. Also one last thing if your thinking on dirty garage dirty staircases dirty elevator nope always looking and smelling fresh. This month has been super fantastic. IF MY EXPERIENCE IS FANTASTIC YOURS CAN BE TOO
