RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN. I lived here for five years and went through various management companies. RPM is by far the WORST management company I have ever dealt with. The maintenance people are very kind, as are the people who clean the property. However, the leasing agents and management itself is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. They act like you’re inconveniencing them when WE are the reason they receive a paycheck. They are passive aggressive and leave you unprofessional voicemails. They speak down to you. They do not return phone calls. They do not return emails. The entire property is a dumpster. There is no safety. Every single floor in the parking garage has doors that don’t lock. Homeless people loiter in the stairwell because DOORS DONT LOCK. A resident was walked in on during a self guided tour because management was too lazy to make sure that they weren’t guiding a potential resident to an occupied unit. The smell of weed SEEPS through the walls. And speaking of walls, there are cracks all down the walls inside the apartment, signaling an unstable foundation. When you turn on the water, it WREAKS of sulfur/sewage. They nickel and dime you for EVERY SINGLE THING. When you bring these concerns up, they shrug them off, or they placate you with open ended promises of fixing up the property. Door locks have been broken for MONTHS, but hey, at least we have a grey square painted in front of the elevators. When looking at RPM reviews, they all say the same thing. The management company is simply horrible. How they are still in business when it seems their MO is to come into a property and tank it and drive out long term residents remains a mystery to me. So I’m saying it again and very clear, DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE.

We strongly advise anyone considering moving here to think twice. Our locked storage unit has been broken into twice with no signs of forced entry, which raises serious concerns about security and the possibility of an inside job. Police reports were filed both times, yet the situation has not been meaningfully addressed. On top of that, packages are frequently stolen from the mailroom, even though there is a camera system installed. If cameras clearly show a resident stealing packages, management should be taking immediate action. Residents who steal from their neighbors should not be allowed to continue living here. It is unacceptable for residents to feel like their belongings are not safe in their own building. Between repeated storage break-ins and ongoing package theft, this environment does not feel secure. Management needs to take these issues seriously and implement stronger security measures instead of allowing this behavior to continue. Until then, we cannot recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe place to live.

I live in the south building, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. The building has constant security and maintenance issues. The main gate is frequently broken, allowing unauthorized access into the property. The building doors are often left broken or unsecured, which is very concerning given how much residents pay to live here. Safety clearly isn’t treated as a priority. The main elevator has been broken for months. I honestly can’t remember the last time it worked. I’ve had to take the stairs multiple times because management has failed to address it or provide any real updates. Maintenance response is painfully slow. A simple bathroom light bulb took three weeks to be fixed. Requests sit untouched for long periods, and follow-ups rarely help. Common areas are poorly maintained. The parking garage frequently has piles of trash left unattended and looks unsanitary. Elevators, when working, are often dirty. Overall cleanliness and upkeep do not match the price residents are paying. I also had a payment issue one time caused by an account number error (it wasn't insufficient funds issue or a returned payment). Instead of investigating or helping resolve it, management immediately blocked my account and told me there was “nothing they could do.” I was forced to pay with moneygram indefinitely, even though this was never stated in my lease or explained before moving in. There was zero effort to investigate or offer a reasonable solution. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing living experience. For a so-called “luxury” or high-priced apartment, the lack of responsiveness, maintenance, security, and professionalism is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before moving here.

I had an amazing move-in experience at this apartment complex! From the beginning, the staff was welcoming, organized, and incredibly helpful. Nikema made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and she made sure to clearly explain everything and answer all of my questions. On move-in day, everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as promised. The apartment was spotless, and any small details were already taken care of before I arrived. Even after arriving, Ms. Pam (Who I call ms. Make it happen) has went above and beyond to make sure all of my accommodations have been met! The team even checked in afterward to make sure I was settling in comfortably. It really made me feel valued as a resident. Overall, the professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made this one of the best move-in experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!

I recently received information from Nohemi who is my leasing agent. She was friendly, informative, and transparent about the community which is important to me because i also work in property management so i critique a lot more than the average shopper. She let me know that the community is under new management and responded to all my questions regarding reviews and the proactive plans for positive impact for the property. I was truly impressed. The floor plans are cute and charming with lots of potential for interior decorating. I’m moving in January and will be keeping this in my top 2 for my move. Thanks Nohemi!
