I am licensed to practice Real Estate in the entire State of Texas. I am based out of Houston, TX. I have and continue to represent clients in different parts of Houston and the greater Houston area. However, I focus the majority of my attention to the neighborhoods of Autumn Glen, Brunswick Lakes, Brunswick Meadows, Brunswick Place and Morning side. These neighborhoods are located near Highway 288 and the southern stretch of the Beltway 8 loop; very close to Pearland. I believe it's important to specialize and know everything about a community you intend to do business in and these are the neighborhoods I have chosen to become intimately familiar with. It is my business to know what is for sale at any given time, when it went for sale and how long it will probably be on the market. I am involved with these neighborhoods in multiple social media networks as a means of interacting with these communities, not limited to Facebook.com, Nextdoor.com and Instagram.com. Whenever possible, I interact with the community face to face developing connections and friendships. Most weekends that I am not visiting homes with buyers, I am holding open houses in one of these neighborhoods. In my personal life, I am very value oriented.
