Native Houstonian and Sugar Land resident Kathy Park Carter has been a Realtor for more than 30 years. Kathy began her career and learned the important ropes working for a residential real estate top producer. Kathy raised her family in the Tanglewood/Briargrove and Memorial areas before moving to Sugar Land where she lists and sells homes in Sweetwater, Sugar Creek, and other areas of Sugar Land. Her expertise also includes various areas in Houston, including, Memorial, Tanglewood, and West University. Always personable, enthusiastic and service-oriented, Kathy listens to her clients and makes their goals her priority. Throughout the years, Kathy has maintained a strong level of community involvement, volunteering many hours for a number of organizations including the Heart Ball Committee, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Houston Livestock and Rodeo /Go Texan Committee, Texas Children's Hospital, The Junior League of Houston (sustaining), M. D. Anderson Endowment for Patient Support Committee, and The March of Dimes. A 20-year breast cancer survivor, Kathy is a weekly Pink Ribbons volunteer at M. D. Anderson in the Breast Center.
Kathy grew up in Southampton, Tanglewood and the Memorial area in Houston and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She and her husband, an architect and builder, live on the Sugar Creek Country Club golf course. They share a family of five adult children and five grandchildren. Kathy enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren and attempting to learn how to play golf.
Fifth-generation Texan and native Houstonian Anne Hamilton loves people, Houston and working in residential real estate sales. Anne made a career change to event catering and was a co-founder of FitzGibbs Catering. She loved creating fabulous food and serving her clients in their homes - and it was excellent experience for servicing her real estate clients.

Anne cares about giving back to Houston and sharing her many blessings and is an active community volunteer and donor. Anne is a past board member of Holly Hall Christian Retirement Community and a founding board member of One Hundred Shares, Houston. She was a member of The Junior League of Houston and National Charity League. She and her husband, an attorney, are very active at St. John the Divine Episcopal Church. They are the parents of two grown children, an artist in New York City and a graduating senior at Davidson College. Anne’s hobbies are travel, art appreciation, reading and international cuisine.

J. Lindsey has been actively involved in the Houston real estate market since she purchased her first property in 1993. But her obsession with real estate and architecture began at the ripe age of five. She believes customers should know as much as possible before purchasing or selling a property, no matter who they choose for representation. She is a former River Oaks property owner and is currently a Memorial area homeowner. Miss Lindsey has also been a landlord in Houston since 1995.
