“Thinh is a great realtor and his experience certainly shows. From the beginning, he was upfront about what he is able to do and followed through with everything he said he'd do. He was able to concisely and clearly explain the process as well as guide us through the home-buying process as first time buyers. Any questions we had were answered within a couple of hours. Communication was fast and easy and he made himself available at all hours of the day to help us. He was very patient with us - we looked at many houses before finally deciding to put in an offer and he was there for every step of the way. When working with him, its easy to tell that he fights for the buyers as he was able to get us a good deal on the house but also went above and beyond to close the deal with what we wanted. Overall, I'd highly recommend Thinh as a realtor if you want professionalism and a realtor who will follow through with his word. ”
