Thinh graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in Finance. Later, he obtained his Financial Planning Certificate at Rice University. Thinh initially began real estate in 2013 with land development, working on projects such as Woodridge Forest (350+ acres) and Woodson Reserve (700+ acres), creating proformas and budgets ranging from 10M to 100M+. Thinh obtained his broker's license in 2021, the highest designation one can achieve for real estate transactions. Contrary to starting a franchise brokerage, Thinh opened a specialized niche brokerage to provide world class services. He runs an efficient business model with savings passing onto local communities. 90% of his residential transactions are referral based.
