This review is very long overdue, but I wanted to make sure I let everyone know how wonderful it was to work with Monica not only to sell our first home but also to purchase our forever home. Having known Monica before these transactions, I knew she would be detailed, enthusiastic and eager to sell our home and help us find a new home. She never hesitated to show us as many houses as we wanted, and with each new showing, we narrowed our likes/dislikes even more. When we finally found "the one" she worked tirelessly to negotiate a great price and had excellent title company contacts to make the whole process as seamless as possible.<br /> <br /> As the seller of our first home, Monica was very helpful in making recommendations on what would/would not sell our property quicker. When things got sticky right before closing (as the result of an inexperienced buyer's agent), Monica compensated for their delay. <br /> <br /> Overall, I would highly recommend Monica to either list your home or help you find your dream home.
