The new Matrix system can be tricky, but there are a ton of improvements. Go to the add/edit button in Matrix. Very top left of the box there are 2 options, small text and Blue is difficult to see but they are there. Add New or Edit existing. Click the Add New to begin adding a new listing. If you want to change an existing listing, click the edit existing and input MLS #. Under these hyperlinks there is also a quick modify which is a nice feature. Click the arrow for the drop down box and you will see all of you current listings, click which you want to edit and it will bring you the the edit menu for that listing. Also, on matrix home screen under news and alerts, 11/15 add edit tips for matrix, there is a quick video that should help as well.
Once you log into member services, go to Matrix. at the top, you will see home, my matrix, Transactions, Add/Edit (Input)...Click Add/Edit (input) . Click Add new inside the input box. It will take you to a screen that lists the property types. Follow the prompts from there on. The items marked in Yellow will be mandatory entries, and if you miss something it will tell you by indicating a red X. It is pretty self-explanatory from there. Good Luck with your New Listing!
