Can I search for Open Houses on my BookMarks?
3,463I have Bookmarked listings in My HomeFinder that I'm looking at. Is there a way to Save a Search so that when any of My Bookmarks schedule an Open House I get email notification? I currently get email notification for price changes or status changes on the properties I have bookmarked .. how can I get email notification for Open Houses. I've tried and I cannot figure it out.

Are you searching for open houses as a buyer or buyers agent? Most Community realtors network with each other. We post our open houses on our blog page. We send them out a week before the open house with times and locations as well. Try this it may keep you updated about future open houses.

Walk me through how you are setting bookmarks. The reason I'm asking is that I DO get emails for open houses (as well as price changes, etc. ) when I FAVORITE a listing. Clicking on the little heart-shaped icon thingie. Is that what you are doing or ...are you doing something else... help me understand so I can help you. All the best , J

A feature that I like is that on the iphone HAR app, you can actually see all open houses near your location.

This isn't an available function yet but what will happen is anything you have bookmarked that has an open house scheduled in the future will generate a notification for you. Other than that you have to use the open house search feature.

One thing you could do is download the HAR.com mobile app and search for open houses close your location.
